1. Using RelayTunnel

These terms govern your use of RelayTunnel, an Android VPN client developed by Norismedia, and its related information pages. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app. If you cannot enter into these terms independently under applicable law, use requires the involvement and authorization of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized representative.

2. The service and your configuration

RelayTunnel provides tools to manage profiles and connect to compatible VPN or proxy servers. You must supply a valid configuration and have permission to use its server. The app does not include a server subscription, internet plan, or guarantee of free internet access.

You are responsible for your server settings, credentials, network access, and any data or provider charges. Compatibility, speed, availability, and encryption depend on your device, connection protocol, network, and server. Some proxy modes do not encrypt traffic.

3. Permission and acceptable use

Norismedia grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for lawful purposes under these terms. You must not use it to access systems without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with networks, infringe others' rights, or violate applicable law. Respect your server provider's terms and your network operator's rules.

Do not share credentials or configurations that you do not have permission to distribute. Optional profile expiry dates and device restrictions are configuration controls and do not create ownership rights over someone else's server or guarantee protection against all misuse.

4. Third-party services and advertising

Server operators, internet providers, Google Play, advertising services, and external websites are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. RelayTunnel contains advertising provided through Google AdMob. Norismedia does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, safety, or performance of third-party servers, advertisements, or linked content.

5. Privacy and shared files

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, VPN processing, advertising, and support information. Review it alongside these terms. Keep configuration exports secure: passwordless files may expose their contents, and recipients of shared files may retain copies. Do not send private keys or server passwords to support.

6. Availability, updates, and ending use

The app and supported features may change through updates or become unavailable. Connections may be interrupted by server failures, network changes, device settings, or other conditions. Do not rely on the app for uninterrupted connectivity or emergency communications.

You may stop using the app at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling it. Norismedia may discontinue the app or related support, or withdraw permission to use it for violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Norismedia retains its rights in the RelayTunnel and Norismedia branding and original app materials. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. These terms do not limit rights granted by an applicable open-source license.

8. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific level of privacy or security. Norismedia is not responsible for failures of servers you select, lost access caused by incorrect configurations, or third-party charges.

To the extent permitted by law, Norismedia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduces your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes and questions

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Where required, material changes will receive additional notice. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights continue to apply; these terms do not require you to give up protections provided by law.
