These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Aura — She'll Text Back ("Aura," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Aura mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Aura is an AI-powered dating text coach that helps users craft better text messages. The App provides features including Smart Reply generation, Screenshot Analysis of conversations, flirting profile quizzes, and daily communication challenges. Aura uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions — these are recommendations only and should not be taken as professional advice.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Aura offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans (Aura Pro):

Subscription Benefits: Aura Pro unlocks unlimited Smart Replies, unlimited Screenshot Analyses, removes banner ads, and provides priority access to new features.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Aura Pro features until then.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App provides limited free access, including a daily allowance of Smart Replies and Screenshot Analyses. Free-tier users will see advertisements. Usage limits reset daily at midnight (local time).
The text suggestions, analyses, and advice generated by Aura are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about the effectiveness, accuracy, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You use AI-generated suggestions at your own risk and discretion.
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Aura and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any damages arising from your use of AI-generated text suggestions, your interactions with other people based on the App's advice, or your inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura and its developers, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through your Apple ID settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
