By downloading, installing, or using BGone, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Noris Media ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the BGone: AI Background Remover application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
BGone is an AI-powered background removal tool that uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to process images. The App offers:
BGone Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain all rights to the images you process using BGone. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or modify using the App. All image processing occurs on your device — your images are never uploaded to our servers.

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-provided images), is owned by Noris Media and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The free version of BGone displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). Ad content is determined by the ad network and is not controlled by us. BGone Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Background removal results may vary depending on image complexity, quality, and subject matter. We do not guarantee perfect results for every image.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NORIS MEDIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noris Media from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are supplemental to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Licensed Applications, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
