BGone is designed with privacy at its core. We collect minimal information:

• No image data: All background removal processing happens on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Your photos never leave your device.
• No personal information: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
• No account required: You can use BGone without creating an account.

2. Subscription Information

If you subscribe to BGone Pro, your subscription is managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

• Subscription purchases and renewals are handled by Apple.
• We receive anonymized transaction data from Apple to verify your subscription status.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Advertising

The free version of BGone may display ads provided by Google AdMob. These ads may use:

• Device identifiers: Advertising identifiers provided by your device (IDFA), subject to your App Tracking Transparency consent.
• General location: Approximate location based on IP address for ad relevance.
• Usage data: Anonymized interaction data with ads.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings. BGone Pro subscribers do not see any ads.

4. App Tracking Transparency

BGone respects Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

5. Data Storage

All app preferences and settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. No data is synced to external servers.

6. Third-Party Services

BGone uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit: For managing in-app subscriptions.
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements in the free version. See Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Children's Privacy

BGone is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
